Section of Diocletian’s Palace - the remains of the palace are part of the historic section of Split, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Temple of Jupiter (Baptistry) constructed between 295 & 305 as part of Diocletian’s Palace.  It was dedicated to the supreme Roman god & Diocletian’s “divine father” Jupiter. It was converted to a baptistry in the 7th century
